Here is a review by Jamie, who purshaser a “Smoothe Strider” Weslo treadmill in 2007 in Anchorage Ak.

It then sat idle a couple of years. In Nov. 2008 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. My doctor said I should get some exercise and lose some weight.(I was 235lbs). He put me on several  perscriptions. Starting Jan. 1, 2009 I started running on my Smooth Strider and I cut back about 20% on my calloies. Almost everyday since then I have walked twice a day. I have walked 680 miles on it so far this year (plus 210mi. outside). I had to replace the track once and lubricate it twice. My weight now is 152lbs and my doctor actually took me off all blood pressure medications. I dropped my body mass index fiftheen points(39 to 14).
